FAQ PINCHER PAL

When will I be billed for Pincher Pal?

Pincher Pal is a bimonthly (every other month) subscription box so you will be billed immediately for your first box and then every other month. Our next shipping period is September 7th if you sign up by August 30th. 

When will my Pincher Pal ship?

Pincher Pal is bimontly so you will receive a Pincher Pal every other month.  As of right now, our next shipping period is September 7th if you sign up before August 30th. 

What if my Hermit Crab goes into a molt?

You can pause your subscription at anytime and resume anytime. Keep in mind that if you pause, you'll be missing out on collectables!

Are all the food items in the box OK for my Hermit Crab?

Yes, all food and treats in the box are appropriate to give your Hermit Crab though they are not meant to completely replace your Hermit Crab's entire diet. For more information about proper Hermit Crab diet visit The Crab Street Journal. For information about our Pet Bakery, visit Our About Page.

Where does Pincher Pal ship to?

Pincher Pal ship domestically (U.S.) and to the following countries; Australia, Canada, China, Finland, France, Hong Kong, Ireland, Japan, Korea, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom, United States, Vietnam, Virgin Islands (British), Virgin Islands (U.S.)

Can I gift a Pincher Pal subscription?

You sure can! Select the 'gift' option during checkout.

What if I am dissatisfied with my box?

We're confident you will be happy with Pincher Pal. However, if you are not, you can cancel at anytime. Please consider contacting us first before you cancel. It is possible we may be able to tweak your box to make you and your pet happy! Additionally, we would love to hear your feedback so we can continue to improve Pincher Pal! We're ready to help in anyway!

When will I be billed for Pet Parcel?

You will be billed on the 14th of every month.

When will my Pet Parcel ship?

Your Pet Parcel will ship around the 25th of every month.

Where does Pet Parcel ship to?

Right now we ship to anywhere in the United States. We intend to ship internationally at a later date.

Can I do In-store pickup?

You sure can! When you place your order, you will be able to request in-store pickup! We are located at:

When can I sign up for Pet Parcel?

Anytime! If you subscribe before the 15th of the month, your box will ship on the 25th of that same month. If you sign up after the 15th of the month, your box will ship on the 25th of the following month.

Can I order Pet Parcel as a gift for someone?

You sure can! When you check out, select the 'gift' option.
